• The Deluxe Suite 311 is located on the second floor and is accessible via a shared hallway and stairs
• If you are not traveling alone, please include the number of people in your group when booking. The maximum number of guests is two (2 +1).
• This accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Therefore, bookings with younger children will not be accepted.
• Additional cleaning services can be arranged for USD8 for half a day (4 hours).
• Damage or breaks in the loft's contents must be reported immediately and will be charged at the purchase price.
• Please do not take white hands or bath towels outside of the loft. Please use the pool towels provided. If inside towels are torn or soiled on the outside, a replacement / deep cleaning fee of USD 20 per towel will apply.
• To protect the environment, please close all windows and keep doors closed while using AC devices to allow ambient cooling with minimal power consumption.
• We live in a tropical country with many small animals and insects. Especially during the dry season, all living things look for water and can migrate into it. This does NOT mean the place is dirty or uncleaned. We offer bugspray for your convenience, but we also ask that you use it sparingly as it kills animals that are good for our environment.
